So sad to learn about the loss of former fire chief Corey Comperatore, 50, and the injuries sustained by two others - challenging times. Fingers crossed the incident doesn't encourage further attempts on Trump or Biden, the US is unstable enough as it is!

Last week, APRA and ASIC released the final rules and information for the Financial Accountability Regime, including updated key functions and descriptions for the insurance industry and RSEs. Other resources included instructions for reporting forms and templates for accountability statements, which should hopefully aid entities meet their obligations. All insurance and RSE entities subject to FAR should review the latest information. A consolidated page for these industries has been set up here.
