Hi There
We had our Sydney CREW in person event last week and it was a huge success. A big thank you to our panel - Dr Lisa Butler Beatty GAICD (Partner at KPMG), Melanie Willis (Chair/NED) and Christine Feldmanis (Chair/NED), and the team at KPMG for hosting. Just a reminder, CREW (Compliance and Risk Executive Women) is free to join and open to women working in senior compliance, risk and governance related roles within the Australian financial services sector.
It's exciting to know that we're just 30 appointments away from reaching the goal of 40% female representation on ASX 200 boards, according to the latest data from the Australian Council of Superannuation Investors - read more here. Although sadly the majority of chairs are still blokes. Swings and roundabouts eh?!
And this week I started using GPT-4 and it really is amazing. I asked it to write a summary of the ASIC Report 775 on breach reporting for a LinkedIn post. The final result is impressive - I'd only change about three words!! Have a look at the process I used (and the end result) here.
As always we have all the latest news and events, plus a podcast episode on how to make the most of your working day by focusing on when you have the most energy. Nifty.
Lastly, please do respond if you want to make a comment or let me know what you like/don't like. Responses land straight in my inbox, and I always love it when someone replies!
Cheers
