Many of our clients and friends are right in the middle of PDS roll madness. If that's you, and you feel like a box of donuts would make it all a bit easier, just drop us a line! And of course, if you'd prefer next time not to be quite so bonkers, we can help with that too.
On a different topic, I've been thinking about the intersection between various disciplines and how we can use that knowledge to improve our industry/business/jobs.
So it was great timing when Katie Frazer from MUFG called me to ask if I'd like to present at the ASFA Vic/WA Member Services Discussion Group.
At the session, I explained the basics of queuing theory and the psychology of waiting and how we can use those insights to improve member experience and communications. The resulting discussion was robust and thought-provoking, two of my favourite things. If you'd like me to present to your fund/business, lemmeknow.
And lastly, I made the news and am a 'professional' according to Investor Daily! Discussing using super to buy housing. Dumb idea of course. See the article at the end of this newsletter.
Cheers

FIRST HOME BUYERS SUPER ACCESS?
The Coalition’s proposal to let first-home buyers access their superannuation could disrupt super funds' investment strategies and retirement outcomes, especially for smaller funds.
I enjoyed telling InvestorDaily that any Super Home Buyer Scheme will exacerbate supply issues and hinder long-term allocation to specialist investments.
