Soooo many events, I need a martini (vodka, very dry with a twist thank you) just to contemplate them all! Plus all the news and views. And a really interesting article from Fidelity UK about menopause...

Hi There

Welcome to November! It's the final countdown.. da na dah dahhhh.

Sorry couldn't help it. FAR OUT the rest of the year is going to be busy.

As well as everyone getting all those projects done 'before Christmas' there are alllll the events. Here are a few that we are involved with/running in the next three weeks:

Next Wednesday, 13 November, join us for our CREW Webinar on Dispute Resolution, featuring Jocelyn Furlan FAICD.

On Friday, 15 November we celebrate the Women in Finance Awards. As a judge this year, the talent among these incredible women in finance is inspiring.

Then we have the ASFA Conference, 19-21 November at the ICC Sydney. Katie and I are looking forward to attending and catching up with lots of old and new friends. I am moderating a session on the impact of menopause on retirement savings. Spoiler alert - it ain't pretty.

Speaking of ASFA, We're are hosting the Orphans dinner again this year - Wednesday, 20 November at The Shellbourne Hotel. If you'd prefer go to the pub with us instead of a fancy corporate event, reach out to Katie for the details. You don't have to be attending the ASFA conf to attend the dinner.

Anyone tired yet? I suggest a martini and good conversation with friends :)

Details below plus the latest news and views.

Cheers

Sarah

Menopause

I am looking forward to hosting a panel discussion at the ASFA Conference on 21 November on the effects of menopause on retirement savings. To give you a head start, here is some research from Fidelity International on the effects of menopause on the retirement savings of women in the UK. Frankly I'm just so glad that this is finally being taken seriously!
