 Hi There

We had a fantastic discussion at our ASFA National Discussion Group on Monday on the hot topic of privacy reforms, law and enforcement with guest speaker Anna Johnston, Helios Salinger. It's already well known that privacy (try not to keep anything) doesn't marry well with AML (gather allll the information), but now we are also faced with how to best help people retire well (using whatever information we can glean) vs upcoming privacy reforms (even the use of 'derived' information needs consent). Fun times ahead folks.

Speaking of the push/pull of legislation vs outcomes, in our latest episode of That Super Show we dive into the latest from the Productivity Summit, super funds taking the ATO to court, performance test surprises and some takes on housing investment and the future of retirement solutions. Details below, plus the latest news, views and events.
