 Hi There

I spent last week in Bali and actually managed to completely switch off. It was FANTASTIC. This was my first holiday in years where I really didn't worry or even think about work.

How is this possible you ask? Well, it's a combination of 1 - having great people on the team and 2 - learning to delegate.

I've probably mentioned before, but it took my team telling me bluntly at our annual offsite at the end of 2023, that I just had to get on the delegating bandwagon. By that point I had become the bottleneck that was stopping our business from growing and my team from being able to step up.

And close to 2 years later, all the hard work has paid off. Was it worth it? Yes! Absolutely. So if you're a bit rubbish at delegating, it really is worth working on. I promise.

Regards
Sarah
