We’ve just wrapped up a huge week in Sydney with our PDS Managers roundtable, a client lunch, our Mayflower Strategy Day and a team lunch all packed in! It was a whirlwind in the best way. Bringing the team together to celebrate what worked in 2025 and map out our 2026 priorities was energising and inspiring. We rounded it all off with a relaxed team lunch on a scorching Sydney summer’s day, which was the perfect (albeit hot!) way to connect and recharge.
