AI is to computing what electricity is to steam. That is to say, it's going to change everything, and for everyone reading this newsletter, because we are all white collar workers, that means our jobs.

 

So, how we support our people to become and stay AI literate is both a massive challenge and a massive opportunity.

 

If you're not supporting your team to develop their AI capabilities, then you need to get on it STAT. Tough I know, but needs must.

 

An easy place to start is the free training offered by Anthropic. It's platform agnostic (ie doesn't matter if you only have access to Copilot). It comprises 14 mini lectures so doable in between your day job!
