Hi There

Well it's the middle of June and distinctly not cold. Very odd. Hope everyone has their climate change risk plan up to date!

In other news, Jenny (our Ops Director) went to see Disclosure Day and didn't like the ending. So she got inspired and made her own 'disclosure' poster, which you can see here on LinkedIn.

Also if you’re an FSC member, make sure you grab a spot at our first joint Mayflower/FSC webinar on Monday, 29 June - details below.

Regards

Sarah

THOUGHT OF THE WEEK

Are you a goals person or a systems person?

Most senior people I know have been told they should be goals people. OKRs, quarterly plans, strategy days that produce beautiful slide decks and approximately zero behaviour change.

But goals just describe where you want to be. They don't tell you how to show up on a Tuesday.

Systems do. A weekly cadence for stakeholder updates. A standing process for document reviews. A clear owner for every decision that needs to be made before a product can move.

In my experience, the leaders who reallly bring about change aren't just more ambitious, they're also more systematic.

Which one are you?
