AI agents vs humans - training and hallucination

Everyone talks about "training AI agents" like it's a new problem and it isn't. You train humans too, or you should. The difference is what goes wrong when you don't. A poorly trained human goes off script, misses context, improvises badly. A poorly trained AI agent hallucinates, confidently. Same root cause, different failure mode.

Both need oversight and both need guardrails. And it makes sense that AI has human foibles: humans built it, trained it, fed it our shortcuts and blind spots along with our judgment.

So the effort you'd put into training a good employee, put it into your AI agents too. Skipping it costs you the same way either time.
